How do you monitor multiple RevenueCat projects alongside Stripe?

Hey everyone!

I've been working on a problem I kept running into as an indie developer: keeping track of subscription revenue across multiple RevenueCat projects and Stripe accounts without constantly switching between dashboards.

I wanted a single place where I could quickly see what's happening across all my projects, especially when it comes to revenue, MRR, subscribers, churn, and recent purchases.

That's why I built OtterTally, a native macOS menu-bar app that brings multiple RevenueCat projects and Stripe accounts together in one dashboard.

It also includes menu-bar widgets and purchase notifications, so you can keep an eye on things without constantly opening dashboards.

I'm curious about how other developers here handle this:

  • Do you monitor multiple RevenueCat projects?

  • Do you use Stripe alongside RevenueCat?

  • What's the one metric or piece of information you wish you could see without opening your dashboard?

I'm currently looking for honest feedback from developers who use these tools. I'd especially love to hear what's missing or what would make a solution like this genuinely useful.

You can check it out here: https://ottertally.app/

I'm the developer behind OtterTally, so happy to answer any questions!

Hi @youssefashraf, a few things already in RevenueCat cover this.

Across projects. The account Overview totals Active Trials, Active Subscriptions, MRR, Revenue, New Customers, and Active Customers for every project you can view, and you can open a single project from that page. Charts can be opened the same way, for one project or for the whole account.

Stripe next to RevenueCat. If Stripe is connected as a Stripe Billing or RevenueCat Billing app, those purchases are already in that project’s Overview and Charts. Adding the Stripe dashboard total on top of the RevenueCat total counts those subscriptions twice. Revenue that never goes through RevenueCat stays only in Stripe. Charts v3 counts a Stripe payment when it finishes, not when the charge starts, so recent Stripe totals can look lower than the Stripe dashboard until the payment completes.

Without opening the dashboard. rc metrics and rc charts show the same project KPIs as the dashboard. See RevenueCat CLI commands here. You can use our Developer API v2 endpoints but these are one project per call, see here.
