Cannot import from stripe

  • Issue: 3 Stripe products (2 recurring flat-rate subscriptions, 1 one-time flat-rate purchase) appear in the import list but fail on import with only the message "Import complete. 1 product failed." — no error code
     
  • All products are live and active in Stripe

    So yeah as it shows I am having an issue importing 3 products from stripe into revenue cat. There’s no error code, it shows the products are live. It just won’t import them no matter how hard I try.

I logged into the logs for your account and found the issue. The product import failed because there was already another item with the same name. If helpful, I can private message you the product name it failed with.

I can see that 3 Stripe products have now been imported, so it appears the issue is now resolved.

However, if the issue is still happening, please can I ask you to review the product name and try the import again. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please let me know and we’ll keep investigating!

I actually got the three products prior. But the ones that are failing were unable to be imported but it’s interesting cause it didn’t tell me the issue was that there was an item with the same name for the stripe import. 

Is it happening cause there’s a duplicate name on another platforms system? or should this only be occurring if it’s a product with the same name on the same platform? 

But feel free to message me with anything you have and I will check it out and see if we can resolve it together.
