Apple App Store Connect API Key not working in RevenueCat – Need Help

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to connect my Apple App Store Connect API key to RevenueCat , but I keep getting these errors:

“The App Store Connect API credentials are not valid or do not have sufficient permissions to list apps.”

“The App Store Connect API credentials are not valid or do not have sufficient permissions to collect information about your subscriptions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi ​@felix-1e3f9f,

Can you confirm if you’ve given the App Manager role to that key? You can find the step by step guide here in our docs.

Thank you for your response. I’ve tried the access roles you suggested, but I’m still encountering the same issue. Is there anything else I could try that might resolve this? I would really appreciate your help.
