App Store Connect API Configuration

Connection failed!

We couldn't establish a link to the App Store. The App Store Connect API credentials are not valid or do not have sufficient permissions to list apps. Make sure the key has at least the App Manager role.

I keep on getting this error and I 100% put everything in the right way. And I'm not sure why.

Hello Team,

I’m having the same issue from yesterday, tried three different keys with different roles, nothing works, it was working before and I didn’t change anything. is the issue coming from revenuecat ?.

Same issue for me.

I’m stuck at the App Store Connect API Configuration step.

 

Any idea on how to solve it ? 


I have the exact same problem during the onboarding after sign up. I’ve also triple-checked everything. The role is correctly set to “App Manager”.

Please help us fix this, as being stuck in the setup wizard is a quite bad first-use experience.

Ok, I’ve finally found the source of the problem: There was a new version of one of the legal documents in App Store Connect which needed agreement. After giving the agreement (NB: only the Account Holder can do that) the RevenueCat onboarding worked flawlessly…

@RevenueCat: It would still be great if you could have a look and see if you can communicate more specific error information to the user - I’m sure the App Store Connect API provides this info.

I’m glad you were able to make this work. Apple Agreements can cause the App Store API to behave incorrectly.
