Hello everyone,

I'm facing a frustrating issue where RevenueCat fails to fetch my newly added Consumable products, giving the error Could not find products with identifiers. However, my existing auto-renewable subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) are fetching and working perfectly in the same app.

My Environment:

  • Device: iPhone 8 (iOS 16.7.12) - Real Device

  • Xcode: 16.0.1 (Build 17A400)

  • App Status: Live in App Store (Version 1.0)

  • RevenueCat Configuration: Products created, Entitlements linked, Offerings configured.

The Issue: I added 3 new Consumable products (Credits system) in App Store Connect. They match the IDs in RevenueCat. When I run the app on a real device (Sandbox), Purchases.shared.offerings() returns empty for these specific packages, and the logs show that Apple is returning an invalid product identifier error.

Logs:

[store_kit] DEBUG: 😻 Store products request received response
[offering] WARN: 🍎‼️ Could not find products with identifiers: ["rc_purplai_30cr", "rc_purplai_15cr", "rc_purplai_50cr"].
There is a problem with your configuration in App Store Connect.
[offering] WARN: ⚠️ There's a problem with your configuration. No packages could be found for offering with identifier credits.

Warnings:

  • Your products are configured in RevenueCat but aren't approved in App Store Connect yet. This prevents users from making purchases in production. Please ensure all products are approved and available for sale in App Store Connect.

  • The offerings 'credits' have configuration issues that may prevent users from seeing product options or making purchases.

Product Issues:

⚠️ rc_purplai_6m (6Month): This product's status (DEVELOPER_REMOVED_FROM_SALE) requires you to take action in App Store Connect before using it in production purchases.

⚠️ rc_purplai_15cr (15 Credits): This product's status (READY_TO_SUBMIT) requires you to take action in App Store Connect before using it in production purchases.

⚠️ rc_purplai_30cr (30 Credits): This product's status (READY_TO_SUBMIT) requires you to take action in App Store Connect before using it in production purchases.

⚠️ rc_purplai_50cr (50 Credits): This product's status (READY_TO_SUBMIT) requires you to take action in App Store Connect before using it in production purchases.

Offering Issues:

  ⚠️ credits

⚠️ 50 Credit (rc_purplai_50cr): This product's status (READY_TO_SUBMIT) requires you to take action in App Store Connect before using it in production purchases.

⚠️ 30 Credit (rc_purplai_30cr): This product's status (READY_TO_SUBMIT) requires you to take action in App Store Connect before using it in production purchases.

⚠️ 15 Credit (rc_purplai_15cr): This product's status (READY_TO_SUBMIT) requires you to take action in App Store Connect before using it in production purchases.

What I have tried (and confirmed):

  1. IDs match 100%: Checked for spaces/typos between RC and ASC. They are identical.

  2. Paid Apps Agreement: Status is Active. No pending tax/banking forms.

  3. ASC Status: The new consumables are in "Ready to Submit" state.

  4. Version Linking: I created a new version (1.1) in ASC and added these IAPs to "In-App Purchases" under the version settings.

  5. Metadata: Added "Review Screenshots" and Localization for all 3 products in ASC.

  6. StoreKit Config: Xcode Scheme > StoreKit Configuration is set to None.

    • Note: If I use a local .storekit file with the same IDs, everything works perfectly. This confirms my code and RC setup are correct.

  7. Force Refresh: I tried the "Submit for Review" and then "Cancel Submission" trick to force propagation.

  8. Waiting: It has been over 30 hours since creation.

  9. Clean Install: Deleted the app, cleared build folder, logged out/in of Sandbox user.

Despite all this, the Sandbox environment simply refuses to return these new products. The RevenueCat Health Report correctly identifies them as "Ready to Submit" but warns that they require action in ASC (which I believe I've done by linking them to the version).

Has anyone experienced this specific "orphaned product" issue with Consumables on an existing live app? Is there anything else I can do to force Apple's Sandbox to recognize them?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Muharrem,

We’ve seen some propagation delays in the past days with StoreKit APIs, are you still facing this issue?

Best,

Hi @joan-cardona ,

Yes, I think the problem was due to propagation delay. When I tried again after 24 hours, the problem was resolved. Thank you very much.
