I just purchased something in sandbox mode but the operation doesn’t appear on the customer’s history. Looking through the logs, I’ve seen this error. Haven't seen any posts about it - any additional information?

Note that I'm using Superwall as the main paywall provider and RC is just observing.

This is an error typically returned from Apple, often in the sandbox environment. It may indicate an issue with the sandbox user’s receipt specifically. Are you able to try creating a brand new sandbox user, logging in and attempting to purchase and seeing if you can recreate the error? This could help narrow down if it is a sandbox user specific issue or related to something in the app’s configuration.

I am experiencing this issue as well. Nothing has changed in my files, I have been using the same apple account as always. I’ve found I can’t load pretty much anything at times (from plan pricing, to subscribing) currently the only way to fix this (sometimes) is to uninstall the app and restart the phone.

 

Any update on this?

I ended up having to do this as well, this fixed my issue 👍
