Hi everyone,

I’m testing subscriptions in my iOS app through TestFlight, but opening the subscription screen produces this error:

There’s a problem with your configuration. None of the products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from App Store Connect (or the StoreKit Configuration file if one is being used).

Setup
• Expo / React Native with react-native-purchases.
• EAS production build distributed through TestFlight.
• The build uses the public iOS RevenueCat SDK key (appl_…), not the Test Store key. The same key was configured in the EAS production environment before building.
• RevenueCat Test Store is enabled only in development builds.
• The app is currently in App Review.

What I’ve checked
• The Paid Applications Agreement is active, and tax/banking information is complete (Purchases worked for another app of mine in the past).
• The bundle ID matches between the app, App Store Connect, and RevenueCat.
• Apple product IDs match exactly between App Store Connect and RevenueCat.
• The premium entitlement contains nine products: three Apple, three Google, and three RevenueCat Test Store products.
• The default offering contains Monthly, Three Month, and Annual packages. Each package has the corresponding Apple, Google, and Test Store product assigned.
• The app explicitly requests the default offering.
• The Apple subscriptions have pricing, localizations, and availability configured. The monthly subscription shows “Ready for Review” in App Store Connect, and RevenueCat shows “Ready to Submit.”
• The Apple credentials mentioned in RevenueCat’s troubleshooting guide are configured.

The Apple setup was completed yesterday, more than 24 hours before testing. I haven’t captured detailed device/SDK logs yet.

I understand that TestFlight uses Apple’s sandbox, even though the app was built with the EAS production environment, and that products with complete metadata should be testable before approval, right??

Could this still be an Apple sandbox propagation delay, or is there another configuration requirement I should check? What diagnostic information would be most useful to identify why StoreKit isn’t returning any products?

Thanks!
