I downloaded the subscription key for an in-app purchase from Apple into a file named 'SubscriptionKey_XXXXXXXXXX.p8' However, when I try to upload this file I get this error: “Invalid file name, it should be SubscriptionKey_XXXXXXXXXX.p8. A file name with any other prefix could be a private key for a different Apple service. Please validate you are uploading a Subscription Key.“

Can I get some help as to why this is not working? I tried a bunch of different names as well but i get this same message every Time

Hey @paula-dfc993,

Thank you for reaching out!

I’m sorry you’re experiencing this issue. This is not the expected behavior. I checked your configuration, and I see that the in-app subscription key is set up and correctly validated, which is great!

If you’re now trying to set the App Store Connect API Key, I would recommend checking the following documentation to learn how to generate it and set it up successfully.

If you’re still having issues, please create a support ticket referencing this community post so that we can review your generated keys and App Store Configuration.

Thanks!
