I’ve been getting warnings about an old unused offering which does not let me delete.
How can I get rid of these warnings?
The sometimes hang the simulator / emulator tests ( not on real device ).
I can not seem to delete this offering even though they are deleted from the app store.
If I can delete it from the app store, revenuecat should let me delete it as well. Am I wrong?
What am I missing?

Hey @yavuzakyazici,

Matt from RevenueCat here. I’d love to help with this!

The warning you're seeing when running your app is shown in case those products are supposed to be active but aren’t. If your expectation is that these items aren’t being used, then this isn’t anything to worry about. Hearing that this is making your app hang is surprising though, and I’ll dig further into that.

If needed, it’s possible to remove products from your RevenueCat product catalog and dashboard to prevent this warning. However, you can only delete a product from the dashboard if it has no transactions attached to it (including both production and sandbox).

If you wanted to remove transactions in order to do this, you’d need to delete customers attached to those transactions. You should be able to find any transactions for these products in your Customers section on the RevenueCat dashboard. This would be safe to do for sandbox users and sandbox purchases. Be very cautious though, as deleting any customer with a production purchase would lead to issues, and they would need to restore their purchase.

From here, you can delete the product by viewing it in your RevenueCat dashboard and selecting the “Delete product” option at the bottom of the screen.

I hope this helps! If you have any additional questions, please let me know. We’re always happy to help!

Hey Matt :)

Thanks for the answer. So as I suspected, deleting offers would require deleting the transactions and the customers. I can not remember if it was sandbox so I’ll need to research this.

One question..
Those warnings are not fired for production are they?
Are they using if(__DEV__) flag?

Thanks for the answer.
