Hello, 

 My Paywall created a successful subscription with Sandbox account earlier in the day, but now on “Subscribe”, I am getting prompted for AppleID and password and after successful log in and bell sound that indicates purchase was successful, I am back on the login screen, without new subscription purchase on the Sandbox dashboard.

Exact same issue here, did you find a solution?


I am not able to replicate conditions that this happens. It started working properly after a while but when on new simulator, I get the same issue.


I ran into the issue when I was testing on my device but wasn’t using my Sandbox account. When I followed direction here to add Sandbox Test account to my device, everything worked correctly.

Hi, this could be due to using a simulator as well as the sandbox environment. I recommend testing with a physical device as using a simulator/emulator can cause issues. Let me know if this issue reproduces with a physical device.


Hi, I’m running into the same issue. I am using simulator and sandbox. However, I don’t want to test this on the actual device because it’s much slower to iterate. I would really like to use simulator here. Has anyone figured out how to resolve this?

 

I see two types of issues:

  • Paywall screen goes into an infinite loop and keeps asking me to subscribe
  • Paywall purchase says purchase already exists, but when I click restore then ti says “receipt not found”.

Both of these only happen in the simulator.


same here, repeated sandbox logins appearing on simulator. any solution?
