Hey @hanks-10bbd3, @sushant-jadhav-db3b95

Thank you for reaching out and reporting this. We are currently researching this internally.

In the meantime, would you mind upgrading to the latest version of the SDK (9.1.2) to see if this is still an issue? If it is, would you mind sending some logs of warning or errors you may be seeing?

Thanks,

Hello again @hanks-10bbd3, @sushant-jadhav-db3b95

Are the subscriptions you’re trying to restore coming from a different Subscriptions provider? If that’s the case, then please consider that Play Billing Library 8 removed functionality to query expired subscriptions or consumed one-time products. This means that, for users migrating from a non-RevenueCat implementation of the Play Billing Library, the SDK will not be able to send purchase information from these purchases. We can still ingest historical data from these purchases through a backend historical import. This should not affect developers that have all transactions in RevenueCat.

If this is not your case, and you’re still experiencing issues after upgrading to the latest version of the SDK, please provide us the App ID in which you’re having this issue, or submit a support ticket for us to troubleshoot further.

Thank you,
