When testing with release version of a react-native app, I continually get the sandbox subscription options when attempting to purchase.

For ios, I have no sandbox account setup, but this happens on multiple devices.
For Android, I removed my sandbox account and this happens.

Everything shows up and the purchase completes OK, but is always in the sandbox.

Hi @Joe Dwyer, it may be worthwhile deleting the app and re-downloading it directly from the App Store/Play Store to ensure you’re testing in the production environment. It’s possible you’re using a release build, but unless the app is downloaded from the store you could still be using the sandbox environment.

Thanks. Seems to be working now. Seems like it took a day or so for it to work across all my test devices. Must also have a version that is installed from the app store.

Hello, I'm having trouble activating sandbox mode in React Native. Can someone help me?
It's already working in production, I already have subscribers. However, I need to make improvements and I always have to make real purchases.

Hi @contosbiblicos-54bfd1, if you are using iOS we have a sandbox testing guide here and here that you can follow and if Android here. Let me know if you have any specific questions on this.
