Hi, i am keep getting this error on Android side of my app (iOS is live and works perfect):

"There's a problem with your configuration. None of the products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from the Play Store"

“There is a problem with your configuration in Play Store Developer Console. More info here: https://errors.rev.cat/configuring-products”

I am keep getting this error and it makes paywall not visible on Android but I don't know what i missed

  • Licensed user is configured on Play store and i logged in with it on physical device (Samsung Galaxy A07)
  • I test on physical device
  • Bank details are added and every agreement seems to be signed
  • Product identifiers matches between RevenueCat and play store, on the RevenueCat dashboard it even says active
  • Right API key is used to init the Android config
  • I published a closed testing release with right countries selected, including my own country. I even updated prod country list and send it to review & got it approved (App is not live yet)
  • Package name is same between Play store and RevenueCat
  • Service account and Google developer notifications are configured correctly

Despite all of this when I debug the build or download it through closed testing URL it just doesn't present the paywall.

I don't know what to do anymore like what am i missing exactly ?

Hey @caks-0b1303

Thank you for reaching out and for the details provided!

Per your description, everything appears to be correctly configured, and you’re following all the steps required for the Android app to display your Paywall. I see that you have many projects on your account.

To further troubleshoot on our end and prevent critical data from being shared publicly here, could you please create a support ticket? You can do it through this link.

Thanks,
