Offerings are not loading for some users

Hello,
Offerings are not loading for our users.Some of our live users have been affected by this issue.
This is what we are getting in the sentry dashboard. Also, Users who are affected by this issue have an active internet connection. So, that's not the case. This is what we are getting as log
PlatformException(10, Error performing request., {code: 10, message: Error performing request., readableErrorCode: NetworkError, readable_error_code: NetworkError, underlyingErrorMessage: Unable to resolve host "api.revenuecat.com": No address associated with hostname}, null)
Please help us ASAP

Hey @Syit!

I’m not aware of any other way to get that error message - NetworkError - besides not having a network connection. 

Other things to check (if on Android) is to make sure the INTERNET permission is granted: https://developer.android.com/training/basics/network-ops/connecting
