Error loading subscriptions: PlatformException(23, There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details. There's a problem with your configuration. None of the products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from App Store Connect (or the StoreKit Configuration file if one is being used).

I receive this, does it mean we have to get it reviewed by apple first?

After checking your configuration, I found that your In-App Purchase Key is invalid. Please refer to the screenshot below.

RevenueCat needs this Key to be valid to fetch products from Apple via StoreKit. To troubleshoot, please double-check the following:

  • The Bundle ID entered in RevenueCat matches exactly the one configured in App Store Connect for your app.
  • The In-App Purchase Key was generated under the same App Store Connect Account from which your App was created.
  • Your Apple Agreements, Banking, and Tax information in App Store Connect’s Business Menu are accepted and entered correctly. 

 

I receive this, does it mean we have to get it reviewed by apple first?

You don’t need to send products to review while testing your RevenueCat integration. However, when releasing your app, you will need to submit the products for review together with the app to ensure they are available for users in production.
