My Subscriptions not appear on device

I added my Subscriptions App Store Connect, configured them, and they appear correctly in RevenueCat. However, the products don’t show up in local testing; they only appear when I use a .storekit configuration file, which doesn’t work in TestFlight or for the reviewer. Reviewers need the products to be approved to see them, but during review the products aren’t visible, causing the app to get rejected. Even when I submit a build, the products remain in Waiting for Review and aren’t approved.

Hey @vittodalfo and @yalcin-f81c6b ,

The minimum required status for the SDK to be able to connect to the App Store and retrieve the data for a given product is Ready to Submit - so having the Products in Waiting for Review will also allow you to call getOfferings() (or get products) through the SDK successfully. Which current version are you using currently?

Also, as you currently test this through, could you double check if you have all the agreements signed and valid in the Business section in App Store Connect? The Paid Applications agreement must be accepted and all forms filled, including the banking and tax. It's worth checking as well that your license is also signed in developer.apple.com.

Additionally, as per our StoreKit Issues  section, versions 18.4 and 18.5 of the iOS simulator struggle with loading these, so please make sure you are testing on different versions too.

If this doesn’t help, could you share a quick code snippet for how you are loading offerings/products? In case anything jumps out as odd

@Roman Apps does it still happen with all the setup as mentioned above? If you could share your project details (either through here or Support form) I can have a look and see if anything jumps out as odd too.
