For the first time I am releasing app into AppStore (with subscription feature). I have setup RevenueCat using .p8 file I have seen that “Valid Credentials”

And during testing I could be able to sanbox-purchases. But right now apple confirmed my release with following email:

We're pleased to let you know that your app, ..., has been approved for distribution.

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for apps to become available on the App Store after release.
If your contracts are not yet in effect, your app cannot be distributed. Check the status of your contracts in the Agreements, Tax, and Banking module in App Store Connect.

However when i download the app and trying the load the offerings. RevenueCat returns following error (both in testing and prod):

⚡️  [error] - {"code":"23","errorMessage":"There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details. There's a problem with your configuration. None of the products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from App Store Connect (or the StoreKit Configuration file if one is being used). \nMore information: https://rev.cat/why-are-offerings-empty","message":"There is an issue with your configuration. None of the products registered in the RevenueCat dashboard could be fetched from App Store Connect (or the StoreKit Configuration file if one is being used). \nMore information: https://rev.cat/why-are-offerings-empty"}

Here is the app stack:

  • CapacitorJS : 7.0.0
  • VueJS
  • @revenuecat/purchases-capacitor: 10.1.0 (I have also tried with version 11.2.6 but nothing changed)

Hey @omnidevcreators ,

I checked your configuration in RevenueCat, and everything appears to be in an “approved” state now - I also tested your app setup (on a sample test app on my side) and was able to load your offering/products without any issues.

For reference, I used an iOS 26 simulator. Please note, there have been some StoreKit issues on iOS versions 18.4 and 18.5 (more info here), in case you happen to be using one of those versions.

As the warning logs says, Apple can take up to 24 hours to propagate new changes after an app is approved for release. It’s possible you hit this window.

Could you try again after some time and let us know if you’re still experiencing the issue?
