We are using the RevenueCat Paywall feature and have populated the `Package details for an introductory offer` field thusly: `First month free, then {{ price_per_period }}`

We have waited 24 hours to ensure propagation from Apple.

We have used brand new Apple accounts for testing.

We have completely removed the app from testing devices, reinstalled, and signed up fresh.

We cannot get the Introductory Offer to display in the paywall as a Free Month as defined in the Apple Developer Portal.

Hey @Troy Busot !

Despite the Apple account being a new account, can you verify that the app user ID is also fresh and eligible for the intro offer? Its possible sometimes that the app user ID is still an old app user ID on the device that is no longer eligible.

Let me know if that helps!
