I'm using RN 0.74.5 and this is the first time I've put my app on the store, I've tested it on both a virtual machine and a real machine locally using xcode via the storekit config file, but why is there a question mark unversioned (image 1) but when I put it on Testlight, I can't get the Offerings (image 2)

Do I need to add any API key in AppDelegate.mm?
Can anyone help me?

Hey @devvnaisoft,

Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help!

StoreKit Files are used only when running the app locally from Xcode. When using TestFlight, the getOffering method will fetch the offerings that are configured in RevenueCat, together with the actual products associated with them.

While checking internal logs for your project, it looks like you're using the correct bundle ID and API Key to configure the SDK, so you should be good there!

Can you please confirm the following:

  • You have filled out all forms and information needed related to your Bank Account and Taxes.
    • You can access this information from the Business Menu in App Store Connect.
  • You have accepted all available Apple Agreements in App Store Connect.
    • You can access this information from the Business Menu in App Store Connect.

To troubleshoot further, if you haven't already, could you please enable debug logs and run the application locally without using the StoreKit Configuration file? I would like to see the logs you get when fetching offerings so I can better understand what may be happening. You can also create a support ticket here if you don't feel comfortable sharing those logs through this channel.
