in documentation it states that default proration mode is WITHOUT_PRORATION, is it stays the same in case of using paywall builder? even in case of downgrading to less expensive tier?

Currently, there is no support for setting googleReplacementMode when using Paywalls. The team has this feature on their roadmap, and the intention is to manage all different types of replacement modes in Paywalls as well.
