HELP! NO Offerings in Production Only... Sandbox works perfect

The paywall and offerings work perfectly in the test environment, and Apple's testing also shows everything functioning correctly. However, once the app is approved and goes live in production, the offerings no longer appear. This means I now have a live app, but users can't make any payments because they can't see the offerings.

could this be a configuration issue. i followed all instructions

I have exactly the same issue. Mine was approved ~12 hours ago, and I got a huge scare when my Paywall gave an error in production.

So I tested with the Testflight version, and it works completely fine.

Documentation says it can take 24hrs+ due to store propagation time. While I understand this, it’s a bit concerning since this is my third revenuecat project and this has never happened before.

[Update]
It’s been almost 24 hours since my app was approved, and now I see 2/3 products (subscription options) on my paywall. So it was does indeed take some time to be processed. I hope the remaining one will show up in the next few hours.

ok so I found an config issue and resubmitted, it got approved again and still not there. I guess ill wait 24 from the last approval, (thoughs??) . Because I just cant believe they would approve without offerings

My subscriptions started showing up one by one, and all showed up about 20 hours after my app was approved. So as long as your paywall works perfectly without any errors on TestFlight, it should work fine in prod after some propagation time.

its finally showing. It did take almost 20 Hrs.

Hi, after releasing your app it may take ~24 hours for products to propagate through the app store so this is expected. Glad to hear it is now working.
