ERROR: 😿‼️ There was a credentials issue. Check the underlying error for more details. Invalid API Key.

This comes up on TestFlight when loading the paywall. It works on production. Not sure where this is happening from?

Hi, this error indicates that the API key being used in configure does not match the app. I can see that you have several different iOS apps, please make sure that your development build is using the correct one. If you have double-checked this and this still occurs, could you please open a support ticket here with the following information:

  • The RevenueCat project this is happening with
  • The SDK version you are on
  • Full RevenueCat debug logs of when you try to load the paywall, see our docs here
  • Your code for configuring and your paywall
