Customer Center + RC web billing: are promo offers supported ?

Customer Center does have some support for RC Web Billing subscriptions as it can show a management link that directs users to the Web Billing Customer Portal (which triggers the email magic link flow). So your Web Billing subscribers won't be completely blocked, but the experience is limited as of now. Customer Center can't display much data about the Web Billing purchase itself, just provide that link out to the portal.

For win-back promo offers specifically, those are still only available for App Store and Google Play subscriptions since they rely on platform-specific promotional offer systems. Web Billing doesn't support promotional offers or promo/coupon codes either:

so you won't be able to configure win-back campaigns for those subscribers through Customer Center as of now.

As for Stripe subscription support, this is in the works but not available yet - there’s no ETA to share, but once it lands, it should work similarly with management links directing to Stripe's Customer Portal.

Are there plans to add win-back promos for web billing + custom center? This is low hanging fruit to help developers make more money. If someone cancels their App Store subscription, I would love to be able to offer them a discounted winback offer via Customer Center + RC Web Billing so that I’m basically exchanging the revenue loss from the discount discount with what I would have paid the App Store in commission.

I’m running this exact winback playbook today using push notifications and emails driving to RC Web Billing but I’d really, really like to be able to offer the same from within my app via the RC Customer Center. This way I’d reach the user in the exact moment they’re canceling/editing their subscription and not after the fact.

Hey ​@jacob-macros - we currently support win-back offers for App Store subscriptions through Customer Center, and we're working on promotional offers for web billing (no ETA yet).

But as of now that specific combo isn't something we've built or have planned right now. That said, your use case makes a lot of sense. I'll make sure to pass this along to the team.
