Is there any way to set a custom attribute(e.g. email) to a customer via Web SDK?

Hi, at this time you cannot do this via our Web SDK. You can use our REST API to do this: https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/api-v1#tag/customers/operation/update-subscriber-attributes
