Hello,

I am in the process of developing an app and have integrated RevenueCat for managing subscriptions and in-app purchases.

Here is my setup:

  • I have created subscription products in iOS App Store Connect, and all products are at the “Ready to Submit”stage.

  • I have signed the Paid Applications Agreement.

  • All banking and tax information is active and verified.

However, whenever I try to access the paywall in the app, I consistently receive the following error:

“Unable to load subscriptions.”

I have confirmed that my product identifiers match exactly between RevenueCat and App Store Connect.

Could you please advise on the possible reasons for this issue and steps to resolve it? I want to ensure that my subscriptions load correctly for testing and eventual release.

Thank you for your support.

Hey @shakti31,

I checked your setup and everything looks properly configured - you should be able to load your offerings without issues! Are you by chance running/testing in either a 18.4 or 18.5 iOS simulator version? I ask as we've noted StoreKit Issues with both those versions.

I tested your current configuration on a sample testing app I have, running on a simulator on iOS version 26.0 and I was able to see your offerings/products loading as expect.

Could you double check your version and try on a few different versions, see if that helps?
