I have integrated Revenue cat SDK in my android app but when I upload app bundle on Playstore it rejects by saying that you’re using Cardinal Commerce SDK. Does Revenue cat uses Cardinal Commerce SDK?

That’s pretty strange - RevenueCat doesn’t make any use of the Cardinal Commerce SDK. Have you used it previously? If so, is it possible that there’s still some parts of your app that still point to it?
