I am building this app https://testflight.apple.com/join/G1a2Gdxx but apple keep rejecting it They are replying with pretty much same thing again and again where as subscription are not approve they are not able to test. And revenuecat forum show the subcription needs to be approved first before it to work. Looks like chiken and egg problem. Tried with sanbox account but still loader is playing infinitely but now apple has rejected the susbcription itself. Can some one please help PS: everything seems work with Storekit configuartion while running from xcode I see multiple people in stackoverflow and apple forums are facing same thing

Hey @suryakant-sharma-411296 ,

This is a common rejection message from Apple that simply means they were unable to make purchases in your app. RevenueCat automatically handles validating receipts so no action is needed to address that specific concern.

When you say the loader takes a while in Sandbox, this is unfortunately true as this environment is somewhat flaky - we cover some best testing practises here: https://www.revenuecat.com/blog/engineering/the-ultimate-guide-to-subscription-testing-on-ios/

Also, to try and get ahead of the review, can you double-check that there's no payment agreement or form to be signed in the Business section in App Store Connect? In cases like this, we also recommend asking the reviewer (as it is possible to send a message to them) to review the products first, then resubmitting your app for review.

Some developers have had to resubmit the exact same build up to a dozen times before making it through App Review. It feels futile, but if you're facing this issue, you're not alone as you’ve seen.

We also have a guide around App Store rejections and possible causes, which is a good resource to double check/consider when resubmitting - just to clarify, there's nothing you as a developer or RevenueCat can do to resolve these errors except retrying later/resubmitting.

We know this isn't ideal, but if the app works during your testing, then it is most likely a matter of getting through those in-app purchase approved for the review to go through.

Best,
