In my flutter app on Android, paywall is not showing for one user, with endless loading. I have not received any other reports on this problem. The user is detected as from Russia, which might be an issue, but Google seems to support that for subscriptions, at least there is a price.

I don’t see any exceptions (there is an analytics event supposed to be thrown if revenue cat paywall fails), so I guess it is just freezing forever

SDK version 9.8.0

Hi, thank you for reporting this! It might be that Russia is blocking some parts of RevenueCat. If you are able to reproduce this on your end could you run this script from the network you are blocked on and share its output? This will help us debug a bit what's going on: https://github.com/RevenueCat/rc-connectivity-check

If you could also run and share full RevenueCat debug logs with log level verbose it will help, see our docs here: https://www.revenuecat.com/docs/test-and-launch/debugging

You can share the output in a Community dm to me  or in a RevenueCat support ticket here so we can further investigate.

the user tried with VPN and that did not work neither. I think it might have something to do with user’s country in revcat, is it possible to change?

Hi, unfortunately it is not possible to change a user’s country in RevenueCat. If you are seeing issues with users in Russia then you can try configuring the SDK to use api.rc-backup.com  as proxy,  can you let me know if that helps with what you are seeing?
