Hello,

 

We noticed that all our users on RevenueCat dashboard have “Transfer to new App User ID” as a transfert behavior, is it normal?

I’m wondering if we are doing something wrong here.

Hi! This field is related to your app’s Restore Behavior, which you can set in the General settings of your app. It just means that purchases will be transferred when a user attempts to restore them from an app store while on a new app user ID. Let me know if you have any further questions about it!
