Why all data turn 0 when I filter with Offering

I recently have met two problems with my app:
1. I ran an the Experiment about my new purchase page design with two Offerings. And the result was pretty good, so I applied the new page design to all my users in the next app update. But after a few weeks I found the result differed greatly with the Experiment. It differed in the Conversion to Paying, Trial Conversion, Revenue…, which leads to a completely different conclusion.

2.I became very confused, so I wanted to check the data with the filter of Offering. And I found no matter what offering I selected, all the data is 0.

I wonder if there is anything wrong with the way I use Offering or what.

Could you please send me the name of the experiment and offerings that are causing these results? I’ve taken a look at your account and all of them have some result except the one that ends with ...欧美发展中, which only lasted for a day and has nearly no data. On the other hand - are you using our paywalls or just testing based on Offerings? It would really help me if I could see the code from where you are calling our Offerings.

 

By the way, I have noticed some of your products have no Entitlements attached. That means the customer won’t gain access to anything even though they have paid for it, so make sure you either not include these products in the Experiment or you tie them to an Entitlement beforehand:
