In the charts I check my new trials by offering. I`m a bit confused. There are many new trials in row “No Offering”.

How is “No Offering” possible in Revenuecat. Everything is an offering, correct? Could it be my web sals with stripe, where offering is not detected correctly or something like that?

A common reason for no offering being associated with a RevenueCat transaction is when a purchase is made directly for a product, rather than a package

For example (in Swift):

// Will not have an offering associated
Purchases.shared.purchase(product: product)

vs

// Should have an offering associated
Purchases.shared.purchase(package: package)

Other reasons can include:

  • If the initial purchase was received via Server Notifications and “Track New Purchases” is enabled
  • If the initial purchase was made prior to integrating RevenueCat

I’d recommend adding some Store filters to your charts query to determine which store is contributing the most transactions with No Offering
