Hi,
I received BILLING_ISSUE and CANCELLATION webhook event when I changed our subscription plan in the Manage Subscription page on iOS. (I changed my plan from monthly to yearly)
‘cancel_reason’ in CANCELLATION webhook is ‘UNKNOWN’.
I received a PRODUCT_CHANGE webhook 1 minute after CANCELLATION
Why are these webhooks being sent?
I'm testing in a sandbox environment.
