Web Billing config linked to live Stripe account — only rcb_sb_ key visible, no production rcb_ key

Hello,

My Web Billing app config ("HOURRAIL App") is connected to a live Stripe account (verified in Account Settings, Mode: Live).

Real transactions are going through with a “Web purchase link”.

However, the config only shows a sandbox key (rcb_sb_...), no production rcb_ key is visible anywhere in the dashboard.

Is there a step to explicitly generate/unlock the production key, or is this a provisioning issue?

Hey there,

Thank you for your message. Matt from RevenueCat here.

We recently completed some work to fix an issue where production API keys may not appear in the dashboard. Following this, I can see the production API key is now showing for your web configuration alongside the sandbox API key.

This can be found in the RevenueCat dashboard under “Apps & Providers”, “Configurations”, and by selecting your web configuration. Here, you will now find both a public production API key and a sandbox API key for use.

To check everything else is working as expected, I also reviewed your web purchase link and can confirm this now has both production and sandbox URLs, as expected.

I hope this helps! If you have any additional questions, please let me know. We are always delighted to help!

Thanks!

Hi Matt,

Thank you for your quick reply!
The work you did indeed enabled us to see the production API key.
We are now using it in production

Thanks for your help!
