Hi all,

We offer a monthly and annual plan and our products are divided by those plans. However, I’ve been using the “product duration” filter in some reports and see that a lot of the data is coming in as “weekly” product duration.

Is there a way for me to 1) view which products might have a weekly duration and 2) edit that?

Hi @gummi-gunnlaugsson! When you segment by product duration in Charts, you can select another filter by the duration itself:

Will this setting help you find purchases for various durations that you can further dig into?

Also, you mentioned that you don’t actually have a product with a weekly duration, but you’re still seeing weekly products in Charts, is this correct? If so, would you mind emailing support so we can dig in to your product setup?
