Hi! Just to clarify, do you know that this user has made any purchases? It is possible that the SDK has just been configured in their app, which would lead to the creation of a customer and this corresponding customer profile in your screenshot. It does not mean that the user has made any purchases. If you know that they have made purchases, can you have them attempt to restore purchases?
