Test notification couldn't be sent

Followed the instructions on setting up for google play store, 

Created a closed release, with one active subscription, and added a tester

IAM, service accounts, got all three validations

(Note, when I tried to redo the steps with a different json, I couldn't get a single validation).

 

But from Google Play Store “

Test notification couldn't be sent

Make sure that you've entered the topic name in the correct format, Google Cloud is set up correctly and that you have the required permissions”

Can you confirm which permission roles did you enable? And could you try giving the Pub/Sub Admin permission and see if that works?

The issue seemed to be from my end, has my uploaded bundled hadnt been approved before I started testing connection, so it wouldnt work
