Subscription on iOS plateform doens't appear on AppStore

Hello,

In an attempt to test the revenueCat implementation in our iOS application, we’ve been facing an understanding issues.
Currently, our app is in test flight, and despite seeing our subscription on revenueCat monitoring console, we are not always able to see this subscription/purchase on the client side of the App store. For somes of our test users, the subscription is visible on their app store, and for some others it’s not visible.
Besides, on our android device it seems to be working as intended.
 

Also, we do not understand well how revenueCat categorize the transaction to be “sandbox”. Is it related to the state the app is in the store (test flight, in testing...)?
Can we be sure that when our app will be released, the subscription wiil stop be labelled as “sandbox’?

A transaction is set as sandbox or production depending to where the app has been downloaded from. For example, if your app has been downloaded from Testflight or through Xcode you’ll make purchases in sandbox. The only way to have production purchases is if the build has been downloaded from the App Store. This is something that it’s handled by the App Store itself and not by RevenueCat, we only read and show the environment set in the purchase receipt.

About not being able to see the subscription, do you mean that the user didn’t get the premium status as in the entitlements are not active? If otherwise you mean in the subscriptions provided from Apple in the sandbox account, it can happen that some things there don’t always work as expected. It’s known that the sandbox environment from Apple is a bit flaky and can fail but it works great in production.
