Some common causes of this messages are:

* Having a wrong google package name 
* Not waiting enough for the google permissions to propagate (notice that it can take up to 36 hours for google to enable the credentials once created)
* Not setting the correct permissions to the service account in google

If it’s been over 36 hours but you’re not receiving an error, it would be best practice at this point to re-configure your credentials, as there’s a good chance that a step was missed or misconfigured.
