I am interested in whether I can use RevenueCat in Serbia, since Stripe is not supported in Serbia? I would like to create a React Native application that would have subscriptions and the application would be used only in Serbia.

It appears that Apple App Store and Google Play are both available in Serbia so there should not be any issues:

RevenueCat doesn't collect payment so as long as the App Store and Google Play are available in your country, RevenueCat should work.
Stripe is not available in Serbia which means you won't be able to use Stripe.
