Paywall not showing active promo offers

Hi there,

I have setup a subscription in the App Store, with a free 7 day trial and also an initial active promo discount.

I have been testing my paywall, and the promo discount never shows up on the paywall, just the original pricing. I’m not sure if that’s expected? I was wanting to see something like ‘15.99 for the first 3 months’ or words to that effect.

Hi, yes I have. Am I looking at promo offers wrong - i.e are they only available for existing/lapsed customers?
Interestingly, when testing a sandbox account that has had a subscription, I still can’t see the promo price.

Hi ​@alex-2273f5! It might be easier if you send in a support ticket, so we can look at our logs and your configuration and see if there’s an issue. In the meantime, you mentioned a promo discount, but can you clarify which type of promos/offers you’re using from this table? Thanks!
