The Paywall doesn’t show the price (although all other UI are shown correctly) and pressing the purchase button doesn’t have any effect. It shows the price and the button works in Test Store.

I have added myself to Google Play Internal Testing and have the correct product ID and base plan Id from Play Console. I have also linked the offer and entitlement correctly. The Google Play API key is also correct in the client code.

Hey @sentria

Thank you for reaching out!

There could be different reasons why prices don’t show up, for example:

  • Not having Google Play configured in the device you’re testing
  • Not having the Google Play Account added as a Licensed Tester configured to Google Play on the device
  • Not downloading the app from a Closed or Open Test Track
  • Product region incompatibility with your Google Play Account region configuration

To troubleshoot further, could you please share the following:

  • Full RevenueCat debug logs from the moment the SDK gets configured until you’re displaying your Paywall.
  • Code snippets of your Paywall implementation
  • Screen recording of what you’re seeing

Given that this is a public channel and you may not want to share all this publicly, so you can create a support ticket to share these details. If that’s the case, please share this community post in the ticket description for reference.

Thanks!
