More than one initial purchase???

Hi All,

 

We have more than one Direct Subscription packages on our paywall like Weekly, Monthly and Annual. But there is only one place on Revenuecat and Adjust integration?

This means we are not able to track these events on Adjust and also the renewals of these subscription events :(

Hi, the events RevenueCat sends to Adjust will be for all subscription products so you should be receiving these for your weekly, monthly, and annual plans.

But we haven’t placed any event tokens for monthly, weekly & annual subscriptions on RevenueCat side? Is that still possible as you said?

Our developer just got confused and wanted me to ask this, cause he is wondering how this can be possible without entering the necessary Adjust event tokens for RevenueCat

Hi! I apologize for the delay. RevenueCat does not currently have the ability to indicate the specific product purchased in Adjust events, but all purchase events will be sent with the relevant event token. There are some limitations in adding that functionality with how we have to send data to Adjust, but I will raise this issue internally with the rest of the team.
