Some Transactions are missing please see the screenshots!

i am losing subscribed users due to not receiving web hooks etc...

as you see there is no yearly transaction on revenue cat

this is serious issue, some transactions are coming but some of them not appearing on revenuecat! any admin here?


@hexadec Thanks for reporting this, and I apologize for the confusion. Customer Lists (like the one in your screenshot) are refreshed every 2 hours and thus aren’t realtime. There are a couple of places you can look in RevenueCat for more real-time data.

First, if you have the app user ID of a customer that has paid, you can search for them in the search bar in the Customers tab (the upper left-hand corner of the screenshot you attached). This will open the customer page, which gives a timeline view of their purchase events.

Second, the Activity view shows data without the 2 hour delay in customer lists. 

Next, please ensure you’ve set up App Store Server Notifications, as this can speed up webhook and integration delivery times.

Lastly, if you’re still experiencing issues, please open a support ticket so we can dig in to your app and configuration to see if there are problems with the integration.
