Is there a way to see all customers?

I’d like to see the list of all customers (people with a revenuecat id, not necessarily a subscription), order by last open or something, is there a way to do that?

Or at least get the ability to search by customer id, as typing in all 32 chars of an id from a screenshot gets a bit old quick :)

I see customer lists, but is there a way to just do a one time search?

Hi @peter-be37bb,

You can search by a single customer id from the search bar at the top right of the dashboard - this search bar should be visible from any of the sidebar tabs, and can also be accessed using the ⌘K hotkey on Mac, or Ctrl+K on PC. You can search by the user id, or by transaction ids or email attributes!

Regarding a list of all customers even those who haven’t purchased, you can filter Customer Lists by using the “First Seen Date” filter and setting it either to “is not null” or as greater than a date earlier than your app launch. Customer Lists can be ordered by anything specific in the dashboard at this time, but you can then export this list and use the “last_seen_at” column to order.

Hey @kaitlin ,

thanks for the reply, the “first seen date” trick worked!

It would be super usefull if I could sort it on the webpage instead of having to export it (but I’m not sure how many other people need this TBH).

Thanks again,
Peter

Glad to hear that worked! I can definitely pass your feedback along, I can’t imagine you’re the only developer who would find it handy to be able to sort on the page.
