[iOS paywall] Paywall header image low resolution on real phone

im using preset paywall, so far i have no issue other than my image are low resolution. what type of icons are you using? SF symbol?

Nope, simply the default icons RevenueCat gives access to, as you can see in the screenshot attached

 Hmm… im not sure. My checkmarks icons did render, only the header image :/ 

Images are also displaying low resolution on my paywall. This seems to be a new problem on both iOS 18 and 26. The photo used to be sharp.

yeah im not sure how to escalate this issue :/

I submitted a support ticket. They are usually good at responding in a day or two.
