In-app purchase incorrectly shows "Redeem Special Offer" when buy button is tapped

I’m testing our RC paywall on my phone on a test version of the app (iOS).

We have an in-app purchase set up in RC and linked to the paywall (not a subscription purchase).

When I tap the buy button, a page appears saying “Redeem Special Offer” with a box to enter a code. There is no special offer and I don’t want this page here. How do I edit the paywall so that it doesn’t show?

Are you by any chance setting the Button Action Option to ‘Offer code redemption’ as shown here?

I would like to review your Paywall setup further to better understand what may be happening. Could you please share the following: 

  • Paywall and Project name where you’re seeing this issue
  • The SDK you’re using, along with its version
  • Screen recording of what you’re seeing

Thank you. I’ve figured this out now. I was using the wrong type of button. It was a link button not a purchase button.
