Hello,

Whenever I submit a build, the Google Play Store (and possibly the App Store) automatically runs a series of tests they’ve created. If I submit multiple builds in a day, the number of test interactions can exceed the number of actual users who downloaded the app that day. I don’t have a login page, everybody can use my app anonymously.

Is there any way to exclude these test users from the RevenueCat dashboard? They significantly skew the free trial start statistics.

Hi @ciprian,

There's no way to exclude test users because we don’t differentiate between sandbox and production users—the same App User ID can hold both sandbox and production receipts. This means the "View sandbox data" toggle won’t impact metrics like Installs or Active Users
At the same time, from my experience I haven’t seen a big increase on users when submitting the app to review - only 1 extra user per review.

Best,
