I'm trying to refund a user's subscription, but I can't seem to find such an option. What could be the reason for this?

It looks like you might be trying to refund a cancellation event. Can you please try checking the transaction where the purchase was made for the refund? You can also use our API to refund/revoke the subscription or purchase. More information on that can be found in the link below:
