For Apple Store it is really fast and it gets approved.

When it comes to google play , I face this issue? what might it be?

Is it due to google cloud quota ?

Play service credentials can take up to 36 hours to propagate throughout Google's servers. How long has it been? You can double check our Google Credentials checklist if you want to be sure everything is set up correctly.
