How long does it take for a purchase to appear in the dashboard after migration?

I’m using /receipts endpoint from API v1 to migrate my old purchases. The response is successful, but the purchase is not in the dashboard. How long does it take to be visible?

Thanks for reaching out. I’m happy to help.

I took a look at your project and can confirm that the /receipts endpoint requests you made did successfully import the respective purchases. They’re also accessible in the dashboard.

For privacy reasons (since this is a public forum), I can’t share the exact transaction identifiers or App User IDs here. However, if you search for the App User ID or the transaction identifier (for example, the google_play_order_id) of one of the purchases you imported in the search bar at the top right of the dashboard, it should bring up the corresponding customer profile. From there, you’ll be able to view the purchases and verify the migration.

Just so you know, the /receipts endpoint processes and imports purchases immediately after it’s called, so they should be visible right away.
